- After payment, you’ll receive an email with the next steps.
- We’ll connect using Zoho Assist at the scheduled time.
Before we start (recommended):
- Be at the device you need help with
- Have your login/password ready (only if needed)
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection
If your issue isn’t resolved in 30 minutes, you can book a second session if needed.
