Best of all, it’s lighter than your average dip ā made with light sour cream or yogurt and packed with fresh veggies.
This recipe comes straight from a classic Green GiantĀ® card ā a timeless favorite that deserves a spot on your table! It also holds a special place in my heart, passed down from my momās personal collection of recipes. She sadly passed away at a young age due to complications from diabetes, but her love of cooking and sharing good food lives on through every dish. š„£ Ingredients:
- 1½ cups light sour cream or plain yogurt
- ½ cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- ½ tsp celery salt
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 9 oz. package Green GiantĀ® Harvest FreshĀ® Frozen Spinach, thawed and well drained
- 3 tbsp chopped red bell pepper (optional)

- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Blend well.
- Cover and refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
- Serve with crisp vegetable dippers, chips, or even use as a spread for wraps and sandwiches.

For extra crunch and color, serve with red bell pepper slices, carrot sticks, celery, or colorful bell pepper āstarsā like shown in the photo ā fun for kids and adults alike!
